Boston, July 12, 2022 - The Canadian-based book and lifestyle retailer Indigo Books & Music Inc., has chosen Quinyx as its new Workforce Management (WFM) platform to optimize its forecasting accuracy and focus on a more employee-centric scheduling approach as they continue to expand its operations throughout North America.
