Quinyx acquires AI-pioneer Widget Brain to help customers create even smarter schedules.
We continue to grow internationally and announce healthcare innovators like Well Pharmacy (UK), Apotea (Sweden) and Wello (North America) as customers, in addition to global retail brand Kiko Milano and PostNord TPL, the Nordic's largest third-party logistics service.
In addition to a growing customer list, Quinyx announces new partnerships with Concrete and REPL Group in order to even better meet customer needs.

We continue our international expansion and open two new offices, one in Boston, US and one in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Samhall, one of Sweden’s largest service providers, chooses Quinyx for their 25,000 employees.
Quinyx Engagement is launched. The module is an add-on to Quinyx and includes the ability for businesses to quickly survey their workforce and give their employees the ability to recognise and reward their peers with virtual badges.
Quinyx employs over 150 people across the Nordics, Germany and the UK – 63 of which were new hires in 2018.
As part of its European expansion, Quinyx opened its German office in Hamburg in May.

Quinyx is translated to Chinese as a large food delivery company rolls out the product in Hong Kong for its large distributed workforce.

UK becomes Quinyx’ most important growth market and the business is awarded contracts with customers such as Papa Johns, Benugo and London City Airport.

Webpunch, a modern interface for time clocking and employee self-service via tablets, is launched as an alternative to traditional time clocks.
Quinyx launches in the UK and is awarded one of the top employers in Sweden. Quinyx receives backing from Alfvén & Didrikson and secures a $14 million investment.
International expansion continues and Quinyx opens offices in Norway. Quinyx Workforce Management feature-set now includes scheduling, shift planning and swapping, timesheet functionality via workers punching in/out using Quinyx’ mobile apps, and budget forecasting.
Quinyx growth accelerates. One of Scandinavia’s largest gym chain, SATS chooses Quinyx to streamline their Workforce Management.
Quinyx launches a mobile app for IOS and Android. Quinyx Task Management module is launched for customers allowing control over data processing and digital self-monitoring.
Quinyx continues to grow in Sweden and abroad. Sweden’s largest healthcare company Humana chooses to implement Quinyx Workforce Management to increase efficiency, save money and boost employee satisfaction.
Quinyx expands internationally and opens offices in Denmark. Quinyx launches a new module, Forecast, helping customers optimise their workforce.
Quinyx continues its rapid expansion with brands such as Max Hamburgers, Teknikmagasinet and ICA Samköp joining the fan club.
Quinyx continues its growth journey in order to take care of the market opportunities. By the end of the year, Quinyx goes through its first investment round in order to expand faster.
After a successful implementation at the McDonald’s restaurant in Örebro in Sweden, Quinyx started a successful expansion program into other McDonald’s restaurants in Sweden, Denmark and the United Kingdom.
Erik Fjellborg founded Quinyx after working one summer at McDonald’s. He recognised the issue of workforce management, spotting that his manager was constantly on the phone trying to piece together employee schedules.
He discovered that there was no system that could handle scheduling when staff wanted to quickly book or change shifts, so he built one himself. McDonald’s loved Erik’s solution and became Quinyx’ first customer.
