Agreement Templates:  

Gain an in-depth understanding of agreement templates and their various settings. Discover features you may not be using yet that could help streamline your processes. We’ll also discuss how agreement templates affect the outcomes visible in the time card.  

Bank Holidays:  

We’ll explore holiday setups, examining global vs. local settings. Learn how to configure unique OB or overtime periods for holidays, including pre- and post-holiday options. We’ll also cover setting up specific rules, such as earning extra time off on holidays.

Absence Settings:  

Learn how to create new absence reasons and understand the different settings. We’ll also cover absence schedules, their uses, and how to configure them effectively.

Time Trackers: 

Discover what Time Trackers are and their potential applications. We’ll guide you through creating and configuring Time Trackers in Quinyx with examples like vacation and time of in lieu.

Shift Type Configurations:

Learn how to create shift types and understand the difference between global and local configurations. We’ll explore the settings available and how to use them to generate specific payroll outcomes, including combining skills with shift types.  

Schedule View:  

Optimise your schedule view to focus on what you need. Understand the statistics displayed and how to use them for control and follow-up. We’ll also explore creating custom view groups for standard and imported variables.  

Additional Options and New Features:  

Explore the various options available for registering time in Quinyx and discover additional settings to broaden your understanding of the platform. We’ll also introduce new features released in the past six months, focusing on those relevant to employees and local managers.
